yeah that's true. I was lucky because i backup the save file BEFORE hacking a bank and stealing 1.200.000 credits (very difficult) but then everything was so easy and boring.. So i restore the old save game and continued playing without the bank hacking and i'm still making some money to buy lan sof...

i'm sure that if i abandon the mission they will reply that they are so dissapointed and uplink will reduce my ranking for sure, so i'll wait some time and try to reply again. Thanks for your help

Hello, i have this problem. I've accepted some jobs, (3 to be exactly) to hack a central mainframe, erase all files and completely destruct the system.. OK this is easy, i've already did some of this before.. so i go to internic and add links from company's public server to get the voice.. bla bla.....

well yes, when i realize that the "socrates" password didn't work, i mess with the mainframe and delete the usr directory :oops: and log and sys :oops: :oops: .. and shutdown ... so there is NO file on the mainframe.. But my rating is MAGE and i have a huge amount of money and i don't want to start ...
