American - I've never heard of this. Where I live 'community watch' is not a very relevant/modern organization.

I don't really agree that emergent narrative is necessary to making a game---even a game that relies on emergent gameplay---more "fun" (NB: I don't think that "fun" should be the primary concern, for many of the same reasons that "realism" should not be a primary conce...
