I know that to make new staff you have to code in all of their jobs using LUA, but how exactly do you give entities jobs? (eg. arrest prisoner, take prisoner to cell, beat rioting prisoner)

I know, i'm having this problem too. It's just so silly that this happens. Someone could probably make a mod to fix it though.
