You need to learn C++, then purchase the Developer CD. Since they don't send the CD anymore, you just get a download link. Also you need VS2005 or better.

1. You need to bounce your connection through a node that the same company owns (I.E. ARC Public Access Server -> ARC Local Area Network) 2. Massive bounce chains help A LOT and can make you near impossible to trace 3. There are some hidden sites like that, and if you know what you're doing at bank ...

It can also depend on the version of Log Deleter. Version 4 of the Log Deleter makes sure that when a company does a passive trace on you, they cannot recover the logs. Also, what NeatNit said, don't delete your current session connection log.

What are you deleting, exactly? According to the Modlink guide, the only thing you should delete is the admin access log that has your IP (127.0.0.1)
