Re: [Suggestion] prison rape?
Really difficult for me to see how rape would make the game more a more worthwhile experience to play. I mean, people are already getting shanked for being a snitch, what more do you want? If there was a whole new prisoner-wellbeing mechanic added, adding a whole lot more prisoner medical conditions...

Re: Staff needs update
you can enable it. It's, off the top of my head. "extras" --> "map settings" --> "staff needs" A quick online search will turn up the answer as well. Be warned tho, once they're on you can't turn them back off and they're a little bugged at the moment it seems like. I'd...

Re: Staff Needs- bug
Yes, Although my 'pissed off' guards will pretty much never eat, even though it's what they're pissed off about, and they have ready access to food. But the staff canteens are a damn mess as well. One other problem that I've noticed is that if you're monkeying around with the building, the default d...

Re: What do you hope to see next and what is your dream fix?
Additionally...if you could have ONE fix or tweak to Prison Architect before it was dropped forever what would it be and why? For me it would be to fix the pathfinding. It's annoying when workers can't assign themselves to single tasks and they all run to the one. It also explains why janitors and ...

Re: European version without death penalty please?
I bough Prison Architect literary minutes ago. People recommend it to me and so I thought it would be an excellent thing to play since I love this sort of games. I imagined it to be a cross between socio-engineering and sim-city like game. But... there comes the very first assignment and it require...

Re: Slowdowns With Big Prisons?
The largest bottleneck in the game is almost certainly the path-finding algorithm. Unless things have changed recently, path-finding runs in a single thread, hence running balls-out, path-finding should fully utilize one core. If you have a 4-core system, it would make sense that CPU utilization wo...

Slowdowns With Big Prisons?
Hey there, 1st off - great game, I've put in about 100h in the v2.0 beta (and maybe 10 way back when a few years ago), and I have to say that I absolutely love the game. It's really been a while since I've come across a game where I really lose track of time, so I think you've really done a fab job....
