Anybody confirm whether or not they fixed cooks sending food to storage? I haven't been able to make big prisons since Alpha 23 because of it (Can only feed ~60% of prisoners since A LOT of food is being dumped into storage) and I'd really like to be able to play this Alpha...

Anyone tested if drug programs not working and cooks dumping ingredients into floor/storage have been fixed? A23 is pretty much unplayable because only 60% of my prisoners get fed at any point.
