Re: Death Row guy released without parole hearing
Windows provide a degree of freedom, even if they don't look out to anywhere. At least they did a few builds back.

Re: player challenge 6: Programs
Yeah dezoning worked for me. I only ever reached 1 arrow of heat. Complete 180 from my other execution.

Re: player challenge 6: Programs
When you say remove the library room attrib, you mean to dezone the room itself, right? Does that automagically make all books in the inmates' possession disappear?

No kidding.... hmm... *looks*
I have 12.
No I was referring to the 99% bug where somebody at bedtime is still reading a book somewhere at lockdown.

Re: player challenge 6: Programs
Mine is halfway setup like that. I have a parole room for just the DR inmates (everybodys at 0% cuz I cant run an execution til the patch, but yet they still go lol) and my classes happen before the workshop stuff. The problem I run into is that the game doesn't explicitly state what programs can ru...

Re: [Suggestion] DLC idea: Multiplayer in Prison Architect
Off topic: I've been thinking about The Escapists... is it worth the time and money? Anyone? Is it like Dungeon Keeper was back in the 90s sorta? Cuz I liked that game.

Re: Death Row guy released without parole hearing
Yeah, im considering hacking my save and making a 500+ Death Row facility with just enough Min to run the workshop. Lord, the cash I'd rake in....

Re: General Education qualification
Maybe a little off-topic, but still related: I would like to see some of the prisoners coming in with their certificates already. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that the majority of prison population is unable to perform basic educational tasks (reading, maths, etc). I know im replying ...

Re: Death Row guy released without parole hearing
Yeah I've seen similar. One of my parole rooms is above Solitary and a Legend broke out of Solitary and caused a big time stir. The inmate at the hearing ended up being searched and sent to his cell and I watched as his hearing continued even though he was in lockdown.

I know if the dog dies, the handler will eventually leave the prison. But they will die just like any other guard by themselves and you must replace them yourself.

Re: General Education qualification
Nah my main classroom is a 20, im at 101 days with only 40% pass and no one "interested." Im guessing it's cuz there are "easier" things to do.

Re: General Education qualification
I'm having the same problem. I even went in and manually changed the schedule. It got more people into the workshop but not into class. My inmates seem to gravitate to Spritual Guidance and Alcohol and Pharm above all other options. I'm considering stripping the Spiritual away entirely.

Re: [Suggestion] Zone Customization (No need for doors)
Good idea. And to add to that I would like to see a zone that says "Everyone EXCEPT 'these classifications' may pass through here." If that makes sense. That way I could get my Protective Custody (for example) down certain corridors without making it P.C. *only*, and so on. The zoning need...

Re: Are logic gates broken
Nevermind... I take back (partially) what I said... the Remote Door + Door Timer works, but during the times that the door is "shut" the inmates are still stacking up on the door as if it were not marked as "locked" (with the red stop sign.) So I still can't achieve an automated ...
