Yesterday, in conversation with Radiant Caligula, he pointed out that the game did not allow for enough population in order to achieve ultimate decadence.
Well, worry about that no more:

| I can't help but think that someone at IV looked at this post and thought "the whole point of the depressing atmosphere of the game has been completely obliterated." I may be wrong, but that was the second thought that crossed my mind (the first being what is a "gazillionplex). |

It's true. It's a humorous mod, and is meant to be. They probably though that much earlier with relation to the Christmas mod |

Are we talking about the guys that say in the manual that one of items necessary to survive a nuclear holocaust is a rubber chicken?
That said, this was a mod made in five minutes on a whim. Obviously there wasn't a lot of consideration for ramifications and interpretations. |

Congratulations! In 5 minutes on a whim, you've destroyed the resonance IV worked for months to create |

If you or anyone else cannot see the vital need to have a rubber chicken in order to survive a nuclear holocaust, then I am not going to waste my time trying to explain it. It would be like trying to describe a sunset to the color blind. |

| Well it's Mie Scattering, caused by dust and general emissions. If they don't understand the beauty of that, then they're just a lost cause. |
