Retail version?

I haven't seen anything about it, so why is IGN listing a retail of DEFCON as shipping this week? :s

I know :P. I just hadn't heard about any plans for any retail release of Defcon ever, so was wondering if this was an honest mistake; or if I just hadn't listened well enough.
