Actually Reverse Polish is a notation. Forth is a language that uses reverse polish. (Forth doesn't fit the joke so well, though does it?).
To answer the question Defcon is being done in C++ as far as I know.  |

one of the best ways to explain how reverse polish notation( wonderful HP calculators) works i found it's here in userfriendly, great geek cartoon strip by the way
