Note that, as it says in the readme, you have to load the mod then restart Darwinia to pick up changes.

Its really not hard to use the new system of adding text to the game - just paste your stuff from the english.txt file into a file called strings_default.txt and put it in your mod directory, thats all there is too it.

Edit: Nice to see you removed me from the 'thanks' section too. Real mature.

Edit Again: Your mod doesnt seem to work properly with the new patch - I get errors instead of the text at the level intro.

The spider jumps on the last lemming and should kill him. Thats just a little outro to introduce the next level of the lemmings mod which will have spiders in it, if I ever get round to completing it.

What did you think, apart from the fact it was obviously too easy?

it was kind of hard to find the research and i didn't know what to do half of the time. The sky and darwinia/lemming look cool.what did the ball do at the end?

Dont read anything into that, I played about with the readme for a while before posting it up here and thats just the version that I ended up with.

I would like to thank you for the tutorial, its invaluable!

I will change it to work with the patch and send it to you, if you still want it. Just need to find the time.

I have made the changes to get it working with 1.2.

Still needs the sounds.txt file in data, though.

Played through it again, and Im sure they have changed the code for the way ants behave and the turret also has a longer range. This changes the difficulty of the mod. Some levels are easier and some are harder.

where the hell did this thread and mod come from !!! ??? I thought i'd scoured this forum for all mods, and it seems its only just been added to thenextgame too...

Was there ever a final update fixing these issues ? If not, is the author still around ? If not, is The GoldFish up for the task ?

The version I just uploaded is apparently a working version. I didnt upload the mod before because it was broken, but I didn't have any issues with the new version while testing.
